Periodontal practical success is correlated with patient response to esthetic Periodontal therapy, and esthetic patient requirements have been becoming more critical in the clinic because all dentistry’ efforts have spent to correspond cosmetic demands of the new patient. The environmental circumstances create further risk factors that affect severity and duration of periodontal disease, and which should be managed when we have been starting phases of periodontal treatment against local bacterial irritants and other systemic factors. Several studies have been demonstrated the clinical significance of environmental risk factors, and illustrated those local oral-Periodontal deformities and socio-economic circumstances, that should be managed early as soon as possible by different techniques to preserve healthy status of periodontal tissues around the teeth.
